Meal Plans

I'm a type A who has Consistency and Strategic in my top 5. I've been doing meal planning for years! I've got a number of my weekly plans on this blog (click on the meal plans label), and for the last year or so, I've been utilizing the notes app on my phone and Pinterest to do much of my meal planning.

Since I love to cook and consider myself quite proficient in the kitchen, I rarely follow recipes step by step. Rather I use them as inspiration and adjust according to my tastes - and lately - to the limited time I have to prepare dinner. (I'm a working mother of 2.)

My goal is for this blog to be a source of inspiration to you to show you that a little forethought and some advanced meal planning/prepping will allow you to cook homemade and healthy meals for you and your family even on busy weeknight!
